Hosting providers may also record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps for security and operations.
How we use it

- Route the inquiry to an owner-facing email inbox or lead sheet.
- Protect the form from abuse and troubleshoot delivery problems.

Arroyo does not sell personal information or use submitted contact details for unrelated advertising.
Service providers
Depending on the active deployment configuration, information may be processed by Cloudflare or Netlify for hosting, Resend for transactional email, and Google Sheets for lead storage. Each provider handles information under its own terms and security practices.
Retention and choices
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, operate the business, document the relationship, and meet legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email contact@arroyomarketing.com. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, contracts, or law.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not intentionally set advertising cookies. Hosting providers may use essential technical storage and logs. If Arroyo adds analytics or advertising tools that materially change this practice, this policy will be updated before those tools are used.
